Your order will ship every 30 or 90 days, depending on the interval you select.

You will be billed every 30 or 90 days depending on the interval you selected. You will be notified via email 3 days before your card is billed, and you will be given the option to manage your subscription via that email

If I change my next subscription charge date, will it change my order frequency?
Yes, you will be shifted onto a new 30 or 90 day timeline (whichever option you’ve selected) based on the date of your upcoming charge date

What is the deadline to make changes to my subscription order?
You will be notified 3 days before your card is billed and you can make changes up until 11:59pm the night before your next charge date

When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you place your order or approve our subscription via text. Don’t worry we’ll remind you before we charge you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Topicals currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Afterpay.

If your payment doesn’t go through, make sure you all the credit card information is correct and that your card is not expired.
