How long does processing take?

Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 48 hours. For restocks and pre-orders, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfill orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

How do I fix an incorrect order or shipping address?

Email/Text/DM us within 24 hours to fix any errors in your order.

How long does shipping take?

Currently our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from New Jersey). You can always select expedited shipping if you need it sooner!

So when will my order ship?

We try our best to ship 48 hours after the order is placed. As a small team, we put our team’s mental health first so sometimes orders may go out a bit later than that. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfill orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

What countries does Topicals ship to?

From our website, we only ship to the USA and Canada. We’re working on shipping to international locations!

How long does it take to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii?

Lucky you for living in such a dreamy place! Orders typically take 9-14 days.

I haven’t received tracking numbers.

Usually it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, text TOPICALS411 to 516-806-5364.

My package was stolen, lost, or damaged!

We’re sorry! Text TOPICALS411 to 516-806-5364 and we’ll look into it for you. Additionally, by adding Route to your order you can get a new package shipped for free.

What’s your refund policy?

We have a 45-day return policy to ensure you love Topicals products. If you don’t, no hard feelings. Please send us your order number and email, and we will process your return for a full refund. We’re super mindful of the impact shipping has on the environment so we'd rather you gift a Topicals’ product you don’t like to a friend or a homeless shelter. Sometimes a product doesn't work for you, but works for others.
