Do you accept returns for used products?

Sometimes products don’t work for us, and that's totally understandable. You can still initiate a return through our portal, but we won’t have you ship back the product. We’d rather you gift it to a friend.

A handling fee will be taken from your refund total if we receive a product that has been opened or used.

Please don’t forget to specify if the product has been used by answering “yes” or “no.”

How many days do I have to return my item?

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. You can initiate a return on any item ordered free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.

If you pass that date, we cannot accept any returns or provide refunds.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

Topicals cover all eligible returns! USA & Canada.

What type of refund can I expect?

Suppose your order is eligible for a return within the return window mentioned above (30 days after you receive the item) and is received by our warehouse in new condition; We will refund your order using your original payment method or provide you with a credit if any of our other products are of interest to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Typically, you should receive your refund within 14 days of when we receive your refund request. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.

Once the refund has been processed, you should expect to see it back in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

How much will the refund be?

If your return results in a refund, you will be refunded the exact amount you paid. This includes shipping, tax, and the cost of the product.

If your return results in a credit, you will be credited the amount you paid towards a new product on our site.
