  • Is Covid-19 affecting your shipping?

    We are experiencing a bit of delays because we want to keep our team members safe.

  • How long does processing take?

    Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 1 week. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks max to process and fulfill the orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Currently our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from New Jersey). You can always select expedited shipping if you need it sooner!

  • So when will my order ship?

    We try our best to ship 1 week after the order is placed. As a small team, we put our team’s mental health first so sometimes orders may go out a bit later than that. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfill orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

  • What countries does Topicals ship to?

    From our website, we only ship to the USA and Canada. We’re working on other international locations too!

  • How long does it take to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii?

    Lucky you for living in such a dreamy place! Orders typically take 9-14 days.

  • I haven’t received tracking numbers.

    Usually it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end so be patient, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, text TOPICALS411 to 283-98. For international customers, text TOPICALS411 to +1 (516) 806-5364.
