How long does shipping take?
Currently our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from New Jersey). You can always select expedited shipping if you need it sooner!

What do I do if my order is delayed by USPS?
Due to the current status of USPS, their ability to quickly deliver packages and provide tracking updates has been infringed upon (especially if you're a customer in Canada.) Once your order has left our warehouse within the appropriate time frame, we have no control over how USPS handles the tracking. If you did not purchase the Route Package Protection, we recommend contacting USPS for more information regarding the delay. If your order does not arrive after a week, we will put in a new order for you and hope this one gets to you quicker!
How long does processing take?
Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 1 week. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks max to process and fulfill the orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.
So when will my order ship?

What countries does Topicals ship to?
From our website, we only ship to the USA and Canada. We’re working on other international locations too!
How long does it take to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii?

I haven’t received tracking numbers.
Usually it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end so be patient, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, text TOPICALS411 to 283-98. For international customers, text TOPICALS411 to +1 (516) 806-5364.
My order is taking so long to get here and my tracking information hasn't updated in forever!
