  • How long does shipping take?

    United States: Our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from New Jersey). You can always select expedited shipping if you need it sooner!

    United Kingdom: The standard is 6-8 business days, however, our shipping partner calculates dynamic shipping times based on current conditions. If the estimated shipping time at the time of checkout is longer than 6-8 business days, just know our shipping partners estimates are often conservative and longer than actual wait times. If you have any concerns about order shipping times contact help@passportshipping.com with your order number.

  • Got the wrong order or it arrived damaged?

  • What is Passport?

    Passport is a trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. 

  • Does Topicals now delivery to all of Europe?

    No, currently we only delivery to the US, Canada, and the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, & Northern Ireland).

  • Do I have to pay duties and taxes for my international order?

    To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

  • What do I do if my order is delayed by USPS?

    Due to the current status of USPS, their ability to quickly deliver packages and provide tracking updates has been infringed upon (especially if you're a customer in Canada.) Once your order has left our warehouse within the appropriate time frame, we have no control over how USPS handles the tracking. If you did not purchase the Route Package Protection, we recommend contacting USPS for more information regarding the delay. If your order does not arrive after a week, we will put in a new order for you and hope this one gets to you quicker!

  • How long does processing take?

    Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 1 week. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks max to process and fulfill the orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days depending on your location.

  • So when will my order ship?

    We try our best to ship 1 week after the order is placed. As a small team, we put our team’s mental health first so sometimes orders may go out a bit later than that. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfill orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

  • What countries does Topicals ship to?

    From our website, we only ship to the USA and Canada. We've expanded shipping to the UK for this month only. We’re working on other international locations too!

  • How long does it take to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii?

    Lucky you for living in such a dreamy place! Orders typically take 9-14 days.

  • I haven’t received tracking numbers.

    United States: Usually it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end so be patient, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, text TOPICALS411 to 283-98. For international customers, text TOPICALS411 to +1 (516) 806-5364.

  • My order is taking so long to get here and my tracking information hasn't updated in forever!

    United States: We're so sorry to hear that! Due to the current status of USPS, their ability to quickly deliver packages and provide tracking updates has been infringed upon (especially if you're a customer in Canada.) Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do besides put in inquiries about missing packages to them. If your order does not arrive in 24-48 hours, we will put in a new order for you and hope this one gets to you quicker!
