With every purchase, you are guaranteed real support and peace of mind. We accept domestic and Canadian returns on our entire collection within 30 days of delivery of purchase! For more information, please navigate our returns portal to initiate your return for store credit or a refund.

Please note: **Initial shipping charges are non-refundable

Sometimes products don’t work for us, and that's totally understandable. You can still initiate a return through our portal, but we won’t have you ship back the product. We’d rather you gift it to a friend.

A handling fee will be taken from your refund total if we receive a product that has been opened or used.

Please don’t forget to specify if the product has been used by answering “yes” or “no.”

This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

We do not accept returns on orders purchased from Sephora online or in store. If you purchased through Sephora in stores or online, please contact Sephora directly at CustomerService@sephora.com to initiate a return or replacement.

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. You can initiate a return on any item ordered free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.

If you pass that date, we cannot accept any returns or provide refunds.

Topicals cover all eligible returns! USA & Canada.

Suppose your order is eligible for a return within the return window mentioned above (30 days after you receive the item) and is received by our warehouse in new condition; We will refund your order using your original payment method or provide you with a credit if any of our other products are of interest to you.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable for refunded items.

Typically, you should receive your refund within 7-14 days of when we receive your refund request. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.

Once the refund has been processed, you should expect to see it back in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your return results in a refund, you will be refunded the exact amount you paid, excluding shipping costs. This includes tax and the cost of the product.

If your return results in a credit, you will be credited the exact amount you paid (including shipping) towards a new product on our site.
